Why should I buy ethically-sourced stones instead of cheaper stones?

Cheap stones from other sellers are often from strip mined, which hurts Mother Earth, compromising the energy of the crystals. Cheap stones are also often processed in factories with poor-working conditions overseas, which results in vibrational damage to the stones. This can potentially lead to harmful results and poor karma when using them for manifestation. This is why some companies who resell cheap stones often cleanse their energies before sending them to their new owners. Where does Vortex Gems charge their stones?

Once per month, we travel 3 hours from our home base in Tucson, AZ to Sedona, AZ to charge our newest offerings at the Vortexes there. The two Sedona Vortexes we visit, one masculine and one feminine, are likely the most powerful of their kind in the world. The Vortex we choose depends on the energetic properties and intention behind the stone. Aventurite, as a wealth-manifestation stone, is charged at the masculine energy-emitting Vortex until its vibrations are fully amplified.
